Kayla...you lead me to the most wonderful scrapbook blogs! Yesterday, Kayla posted an awesome layout based on a sketch by
Aphra. I fell in the love with the sketch
immediately. I had a photo and scrap supplies already lounging on my scrap table. Quickly, I got to work using this month's sketch for a challenge over at
Paper Poppy Kit Co. What a rockin' sketch, right?!
Here is what I did with it...
Parker looked so cute (and grown up) in his cap and gown for his preschool graduation back in May of 2009! I used more of the fantastic Sassafras Lass Apple Jack line and my ever favorite Doodlebug alphabet stickers. It came together pretty quickly thanks to an awesome sketch!

I love your layout, Kelly! Fan-tas-tic take on the sketch. I really like that Apple Jack paper...so perfect for boys. (I, too, live in a house with all boys. Even the dog.) Thanks for playing along with us at The Paper Poppy!

Those flowers....one of my all time fave embellies. But believe it or not, I don't have any! :-0 Yep...sad but true!
I love the layout. Also, I wanted to let you know that a cricut would be perfect for those letters. LOL ;) Cute!
