The students are asked to compose their stories in their journal. Once a story has been completed, they work with the teacher assistant to type and print their work. Each page is then illustrated by the student and the pages bound together in book form. Finally, the students share their publishes with the class.
Parker's topics have included dirt bikes (obviously), four wheelers,
pandas, the circus, and even fruit loops!
His 20th Publish was about Mario Kart.
A small sampling of Parker's books...
Congratulations, Parker!
