6 Months Old...

Our little Ryder is 6 months old today! I am having a hard time believing that he is half way through the first year of his life! Where has the time gone? Please, can someone stop him from growing? He amazes us every day and brings so much joy to all of our lives. At 6 months Ryder...

*Has earned the nickname "Little Mexican Jumping Bean"...seriously, he LOVES to jump!
*Says "dada" on a regular basis and cried for "mama" when without me
*Is mobile! There is no stopping him...he loves following his older 2 brothers around and has discovered they have toys too!
*Has the cutest little frog jump that I have yet to see from someone so little
*Has 2 teeth (on the bottom)
*Still wakes 2-3x a night to eat (gosh, I hope to declare one month he is sleeping through the night!)
*Gets really mad when you take something away from him
*To date is our most active little guy AND is our biggest snuggle bunny at this age (I was the crazy/active child in my family and according to my mother-in-law, Eric, was the snuggle bunny in his family...he is the best of both worlds)
*Definitely has brown eyes...woohoo...finally!
*Still is not fond of eating baby food, but we are working on it
*Calms down when he hears music or you sing to him
*Still takes 3 naps a day...typically a longer morning nap, a shorter afternoon nap, and an even shorter evening nap
*Loves splashing in his bath water
*Likes Blues Clues
*Enjoys any toy he can chew on
