Friday afternoon we headed to East Harbor State Park for a few hours. We intended to have a lovely picnic; however, both Eric and myself neglected to place the picnic basket inside the van. Oooops! It could have been worse. We could have left a child behind;) We had a
semi picnic as we did remember the cooler that contained our drinks, sandwiches, and grapes. Truth be told, the kiddos did not eat much at all. They were rather eager to play in the sand and jump about in the water.
Jump Parker, JUMP! I swear we feed this child. He eats NON-STOP! You would not know it looking at this photo.
Garrett playing in the sand...I love his sweet face!
I am unsure if it is hair or what, but Ryder just looks like he belongs on a beach.
Hudson was happy to practice solo sitting and watch his brothers from the shore
As you can see, the boys all have coordinating swim trunks (yes, Hudson has a pair as well). Shortly before we departed, another little boy (in Hawaiian print trunks) made his way through into the water. Ryder immediately gravitated towards him and simply stared at him like he belonged with our family. Eric and I both could not help but laugh.
