We started our holiday weekend by visiting Eric's parents and his younger brother at East Harbor State Park. His family spent this past weekend camping and we joined them for dinner and outside fun Saturday evening.Parker was given a kite over a year ago and we FINALLY got around to giving it a try. An open field at East Harbor provided the perfect spot and a thankfully there was a light breeze.
Parker caught on pretty quickly to the "art" of flying a kite...he was off and running with the kite in tow within no time! Garrett had a blast running through the field and scanning the sky in the search of the Elmo kite.
