A Quick Overview

This is what we have going on right now...

Our bathroom makeover is moving right along. We need to finish up some painting, put in the new floor, and add the finishing touches.

Parker starts preschool in less than two weeks (where did the summer go?!). We take him in on the 21st so he can meet his teachers, his new buddies, etc.

On the topic of preschool Parker insists he is riding his bike to school...ALONE! My dearest Parker, you are not quite ready for that. I am not so sure I will ever be ready for that!

Some of the gang (and their wives/families) of 2615 Greenway (the infamous address of Eric and his college housemates) are coming over this Saturday for a BBQ.

Eric deserves a pat on the back! Last week he and the other 3 members of his class completed Basic Qualification Training with success. As a class they have earned the highest test average to date (with great individual test scores as well). In the past it has been common for a new hire to take a retest at some point, but Eric and his "classmates" have not had to retake any test. Eric will begin his rotating shift work towards the end of September.

Garrett received his first haircut this past weekend...from my mom. It looks nice and his long flowing wisps of hair are gone.

I have been toying around with the idea of starting my own online "store" selling premade scrapbook pages and/or albums. We will see...
